We currently run out of two locations in Orlando: 4937 E. Colonial Dr. and 7409 Chancery Ln. Each class lists its own venue when you book it in the app.
No. Classes adapt to all levels. Come ready to move. Your doctor should still sign off if you have health concerns.
Comfortable clothes you can move in, sneakers, and water. Final details may change when Nadja confirms the studio policy.
